We hand select our best black Summer truffles at maximum ripeness degree, we grate and dress them on the “Umbrian style” (hinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil) then we freeze them in 500 g bowl. Defrost and use it to season pasta, risotto, bruschettas, eggs and meat.
