Frozen whole black Summer truffle

We hand select our best black Summer truffles at maximum ripeness degree and we freeze them in vacuum pouch to improve the preservation. Defrost and use it  the same way of fresh truffles, grated or sliced, to season pasta, risotto, bruschettas, eggs and meat.
